By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions. WPWebHost reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this contest without any prior notice. Giveaway is void where prohibited. Any failure to comply with the rules of this contest will result in the entrant and/or winner being disqualified:
- HOW TO ENTER: Anyone may enter the contest by filling in their email address or Facebook account (an “Initial Entry”) in the entry form above. Limited to one (1) Initial Entry per person/per e-mail address/per Facebook account.
- Contest Period: The contest starts on the date and time specified in the Entry form, and ends on the date and time specified in the Entry form (the “Contest Period”). The organiser’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest.
- WINNER SELECTION: Ten potential winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries, which will be held on 25th September 2018. Each potential winner will be notified by email via the email address submitted in the potential winner’s entry within two (2) weeks after the draw. The draw will be conducted by Promo Simple, the tools of this giveaway event.
- PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: Each winner will get a free Managed WordPress Hosting plan worth $222.90 per year. Free subscription fee is only applicable for the first year. Winners may renew the hosting plan for $108/year for the following years. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- CONDITIONS: WPWebHost reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest (or portions thereof). WPWebHost also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. Any entrant who creates multiple accounts with different third party platform or website for the purposes of increasing the odds of winning will be disqualified. Please note that it is compulsory for entrants to fulfill all the required criteria to become eligible for the contest.
- PUBLICITY AND RELEASE. As a condition of entry into the contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to WPWebHost all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the contest entrant’s information (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Privacy: WPWebHost will not share your private information with any third party or publicly. The only information that will be shared is your name and/or social media during winner announcement or in any subsequent sharing of your original work submitted.
